Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage all IT operations on-site in Valencia. The role covers both strategic planning and hands-on support, ensuring systems, applications, and infrastructure run efficiently and securely.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the IT roadmap in line with corporate standards.
- Manage the IT budget, balancing maintenance, upgrades, and new projects.
- Lead key IT initiatives such as ERP replacement, RFID, payment platforms, and maintenance systems.
- Oversee daily operations of applications, implement policies, and provide user training.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.
- Manage infrastructure including networks, servers, telephony, and cybersecurity systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage external vendors to ensure high-quality IT services.
- Note : this is a project management role focused on systems and technology, not a people management position.
