We are seeking a skilled Revenue Strategy Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement revenue growth strategies across the Revenue and Commercial Area in EMEA.
Job Description
This role involves managing and optimizing the pricing strategy across the region, aligning with business objectives and ensuring best practices are followed. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying channel distribution strategy, leading onboarding of new hotels, working with the Sales and E-commerce Team to define effective promos and rates conditions, and playing a key role in Strategic Planning, Pricing and Budgeting processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial management, distribution, account management or similar, and possess strong numerical analysis and data-driven decision-making skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as well as excellent Excel and Business Intelligence skills.
