Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular)

Short-term project.

Hybrid from Málaga (3 times per week)

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular) for a short-term contract to support the development of our new Customer Portal, one of our company’s core digital initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of all frontend features for the portal, ensuring high-quality code, scalable architecture, and seamless user experiences.

Requirements :

  • Senior-level experience developing web applications with Angular (v10+).
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx (or other state management libraries).
  • Proven track record implementing unit, integration, and E2E testing (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Experience with clean code, SOLID principles, and modern frontend architecture.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • English level at least at B2 level.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver all frontend features of the Customer Portal using Angular.
  • Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for critical user flows to ensure reliability and stability.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, clean code principles, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure alignment on technical designs.
  • Support a shift-left security mindset by integrating DAST and code quality tools such as SonarQube, and ensuring vulnerabilities are identified and addressed early in the development process.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives) and support backlog delivery.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to clarify requirements and ensure features are delivered with business value in mind.
