M SAN GRUPA is the leading distributor of air conditioners and heat pumps in the region. We are proud of our home brand VIVAX and its development is of great importance. Since 2004, we\'ve expanded to offer hundreds of products across five categories : Air Conditioning, TV and Audio Devices, Small Household Appliances, Home Appliances, and Smart Devices. We already have our sales team in Spain but we need a motivated person for the accounting support.

We’re Currently Hiring On The Position Accounting Manager (m / f) - Spain

Position

This hands-on role requires independence, initiative and daily involvement in financial processes. You manage salaries, allowances, travel orders, contributions, work hour records and submit required reports to state institutions.

Responsibilities

• Be engaged with defining and improving accounting policies in line with business needs.
• Represent the company before auditors, tax authorities, and state institutions.
• Prepare annual work plans and supervise employees to achieve goals.
• Set performance indicators, monitor results, and improve efficiency.
• Manage reporting processes and ensure timely preparation of financial reports (monthly, periodic, annual, consolidated) in line with regulations.
• Monitor accounting and tax legislation and provide guidance for compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and authorities; consult within area of expertise.
• Support harmonisation of accounting functions across the group.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations.
