Chief Equity Officer

Overview Job Opportunity : A Chief Diversity Officer will be responsible for creating a diverse, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing successful equity, inclusion, and belonging programs.

Responsibilities Design and implement an integrated equity strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and business goals

Partner with senior leadership to establish equity priorities, set measurable objectives, and track progress through relevant metrics and reporting

Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gauge the success of initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform and adjust programs

Qualifications Proven track record of developing and implementing successful equity programs

Strong project management and strategic planning skills, with a results-oriented approach

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing at all levels of the organization

Proficiency in data analysis, survey methodologies, and the use of metrics to drive program success
