We are looking for candidates for the position of Expert Engineer in Siderurgy (steel mill). The Expert Engineer in Siderurgy is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of steel production processes.
Develop and optimize steel production processes, including smelting, refining, and casting.
Project Management : Lead and manage projects aimed at improving production efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
Provide expert insights on metallurgical processes, including thermodynamics, kinetics, and material properties / heat and material balances.
Quality Control : Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of steel production.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Training and Mentorship : Mentor junior engineers and provide training on advanced siderurgical techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing conceptual studies, basic engineering or FEED as a leader in this activity
Skills : Strong understanding of metallurgical principles, process simulation software, and quality control methodologies.
Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in using metallurgical software and tools for process simulation and analysis
Innovative Thinking : Ability to develop new methods for improving steel production efficiency and quality.
Leadership : Proven track record of leading successful projects and teams.
Flexible timetable and 2-day remote work.
