We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultant who speaks Italian and is driven by talent and clean energy.
🔎 Your Mission :
- Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies in Italy.
- Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interviews.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes : from initial contact to offer presentation.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.
