We are looking for a People Intern to join the Havaianas Europe team at our headquarters in Madrid, Spain.

Purpose of the Role:

To support the People department by managing talent acquisition processes, compensation and benefits administration, and HR operations. With a focus on organization, detail, and teamwork, this role contributes to creating a structured and engaging employee experience in a multicultural environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage job adverts and applications through LinkedIn Recruiter and other job platforms.Pre-screening of candidates and participate in interview processes. Organize induction agendas.
• Compensation & Benefits: Support the management of the employees’ benefits. Assist the People department during the payroll process.
• HR Administration: Control invoices from People providers and support the invoicing process.Be responsible for the internal People platform: proper control of employee contracts, payroll, and professional information. Monitor holiday balances. Support the monthly financial close process. Manage People KPIs.

Requirements :

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Good level of English. Any other language is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong task, priority, and time management skills.
• Responsibility, respect for deadlines, and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills, communication skills, and teamwork.
