DevOps Engineer

Tradition are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our development team.

This is a development-focused role : you will work closely with developers to design, build and improve our CI / CD pipelines, deployment processes and core services, rather than purely maintaining infrastructure or systems.

You will help us ship high-quality software quickly and reliably, and contribute directly to the evolution of our trading and back-office integration platforms.

Main responsibilities within the DevOps Engineer position include :

DevOps & CI / CD

• Design, implement and maintain GitLab CI / CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline the development workflow and reduce manual steps through automation.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code and containerization practices (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, or similar) to deliver repeatable and reliable environments.
