WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

Managing and supporting the Service Desk service and helping the Squad in different tasks related to workplace, Intune, Print Service, Sharepoint, Services Desk, Asset Management, Telephony.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Years' experience : minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • Deep knowledge in Windows Server administration, ITSM processes and tools, workstation OS (W10, W11, MacOS), MS Teams, SharePoint Online, SCCM, MECM, MDM.
  • Knowledge in mobile devices OS (iOS, iPadOS, Android), O365 (OneDrive, Outlook, Office), Azure Intune, On-premise AD, PowerShell, AV Systems.
  • Experience working with private and public clouds (Azure), Testing (Unit, Integration, end-to-end, smoke), monitoring tools (Prometheus), ticketing tools (Service Now, Azure), Azure DevOps Boards.
  • Knowledge about security software (Antivirus, Checker), printing systems, other scripting languages.
  • Experience working in banking sector
  • Fluent English and Spanish

  • Work Schedule : Business Hours + On Call
