The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with corporate and project procedures, as well as managing commercial activities related to purchasing and procurement. Key responsibilities include :
- Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and policies
- Managing purchases and purchase orders to meet business needs
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers and bidders
- Launching requests for quotation and expediting timely receipt of bids
- Negotiating contracts and issuing final commercial tabulations
- Issuing and following up on approved purchase orders
- Participating in kick-off meetings and resolving commercial issues during PO execution
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
