Key Responsibilities Develop backend services with Java (8+ / 11 / 21), Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Contribute to front-end improvements and ensure secure, compliant designs.

Work with Apache Kafka / Apache Spark for real-time data processing.

Deploy in cloud-native environments (OpenShift, Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.

Collaborate in agile teams (SCRUM, SAFe).

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills 7+ years with Java and Spring Boot (REST APIs, Microservices).

Experience with cloud platforms (OpenShift, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI / CD.

Strong in relational databases (PostgreSQL, Hibernate / Spring Data) and distributed systems.

Proficient with Kafka, Spark, and basic Angular / frontend testing (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).

Background in financial services, ideally in reference data or trading platforms.

Strong coordination, communication, and agile delivery skills.

Education & Languages Degree : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.

Languages : Fluent in English and Spanish.
