Offer Description

  • Design, planning, and promotion of participatory activities, workshops, and co-creation sessions with institutional actors, social organizations, local communities, and other stakeholders.
  • Support for the management, monitoring, and coordination of national and international projects related to social innovation, sustainability, participatory governance, and soil regeneration in the context of Living Labs.
  • Preparation of communication content, informational materials, and technical documentation aimed at disseminating results and best practices, in both Spanish and English.
  • Contribution to the design and implementation of knowledge transfer strategies, including training activities, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
  • Collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative information related to the evaluation of citizen participation processes, social impact, and sustainability.
  • Collaboration in the creation, development, and consolidation of multi-stakeholder networks, both nationally and at the European level.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in Political Science and Administration, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, Geography.
  • DEMIC BACKGROUND. 25%
  • Master's degree in agroecology, rural development, and / or land management, within the framework of the SOILCRATES project activities.
  • Specific training in communication, sustainability, social economy, territorial development, or public innovation.
  • Training in participatory methodologies, facilitation of collaborative processes, digital communication, and project dissemination strategies.
  • Accreditation of English language level (minimum C1), with advanced levels and knowledge of other European languages, from B2 upwards, being particularly valued. Having studied in these languages will be taken into account.
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. 15%
  • Proven experience in managing, coordinating, or supporting national and international projects focused on social innovation, citizen participation, or sustainability.
  • Experience in promoting and developing entrepreneurial activities in the private or social sphere.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating workshops, participatory meetings, and co-creation processes with diverse actors (institutions, citizens, organizations).
  • Experience in strategic communication and dissemination tasks, including content writing, social media management, and the development of informational materials in multicultural environments.
  • Experience in initiatives related to Living Labs, agroecology, circular economy, or ecological transition will be valued.
  • Attendance at conferences and congresses, as well as, where appropriate, active participation as a speaker, co-author, or member of the organizing committee.
  • OTHER CRITERIA. 20%
  • Proven ability to design and execute communication and participation strategies related to public and / or social innovation projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish, maintain, and energize collaborative networks.
