Experience Design Specialist

We're seeking an experienced design specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating holistic design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have +2 years of professional experience in experience design or a related field and a well-developed core design skills, demonstrated in their portfolio of recent work.

Key responsibilities include understanding goals, business requirements and constraints, market opportunities and user needs to help define opportunity areas and experience requirements.

You'll support research, testing and piloting activities with service users, providers, and SMEs, map existing and to-be experiences through journey maps, blueprints, and ecosystem maps, and create digital product and convergent experience concepts together with the team.

Additionally, you'll design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behaviour along defined used cases, document product / service requirements and guidelines for following stages of implementation, and present and clearly explain your work to others.

Requirements include proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods, an ability to collaborate in multifunctional teams, and a business level ability in English.
