Barcelona Montessori School, an established international school in Barcelona, is seeking two exceptional leaders to join our community: a Primary Guide (ages 6–12) and a Head of School.

Primary Guide (6–12): We are looking for a passionate, experienced Montessori-trained guide to lead a Primary classroom across the full 6–12 age range. The ideal candidate holds an AMI or AMS 6–12 diploma, demonstrates strong classroom leadership, and is committed to academic rigour, independence, and whole-child development. Experience in an international or bilingual environment is an advantage. The guide will collaborate closely with colleagues and families, prepare and maintain a rich Montessori environment, observe and assess progress, and support the social and academic needs of a mixed-age community.

Head of School: responsible for the overall academic and operational leadership of the school in September 2026. The successful candidate will safeguard the integrity of Montessori pedagogy and the school’s values while ensuring that the curricular standards required for national and international accreditation are maintained.
