Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the cleanliness and visual impressions onboard, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This involves delivering outstanding hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, along with effective decision-making abilities.

The successful candidate will maintain a clean and well-maintained environment, ensuring seamless execution of all services to the highest level of expectation.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a strong floor presence, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service through flawless and consistent execution of their responsibilities.

Additional duties may include performing any other job-related tasks assigned by their supervisor or management, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of two to three years of progressive Housekeeping managerial experience, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• A bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or the international equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with talent assessment techniques, quality service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and software packages such as Excel, Word, or related Company programs.
• Strong results-oriented management style with proven successes.
