Mid-level Construction Project Manager - Hospitality Industry (d / f / m)

Overview We're looking for a Construction Project Manager (d / f / m) to join our Project Development team in Madrid !

Responsibilities You will lead projects from company perspective, ensuring full alignment with objectives and contractual obligations

You are responsible for improving the look and feel of our properties and ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our guests

You will oversee the whole design process for our new properties, from interior concepts to actual selection and planning of furniture solutions

You will evaluate buildings and projects in terms of location, design and layout, also by actively visiting new properties and assisting in their development

You will suggest design solutions for specific assets, deal with landlords and coordinate with external stakeholders, from signing to construction of projects

You are familiar with dealing with country-specific regulations regarding both architectural and touristic requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or Building Engineering.

You are familiar with all different aspects of the construction of a residential / hotel building with special focus on the HVAC package .

You love working within a team and are able to approach people fluently in Spanish and English.

You have organisational and multitasking abilities and are adaptable to changing priorities and conditions.

You must have a minimum of 3 years working experience, ideally working for main contractor focused on the hospitality sector and know how to deal with external clients, stakeholders and suppliers.

You ideally have experience working on a construction site either within a construction company or architectural office. Experience on producing estimating costs for construction projects would be a plus.

You are experienced in CAD softwares
