Your Mission
Join our Group Audit team and play a key role in safeguarding our technological integrity. As an Experienced IT Auditor , you’ll lead and support audits that identify risks, promote best practices, and ensure we’re aligned with internal standards and external regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Audit Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute audits within the Group Audit Plan , ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams including Data Analytics and process experts
- Deliver clear, structured audit reports and ensure timely follow-up of audit findings
Risk & Remediation
Identify weaknesses and risks; propose feasible, value-adding solutionsSupport continuous risk assessments using data analytics toolsMonitor changes in IT and Information Security , contributing to the annual risk profile assessmentStakeholder Collaboration
Maintain transparent, trust-based relationships with key stakeholdersContribute to audit methodology improvements and share best practicesSupport ad hoc analyses, investigations , and reporting for Senior ManagementYour Profile
Experience & Knowledge
7+ years of experience in IT Audit, Risk Management, or related fields (preferably in financial services)Strong understanding of IT frameworks, methodologies, and technologies , including cloud, cyber & information securityExperience using analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plusProficient with Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with audit standards and best practicesMindset & Skills
Analytical thinker with a structured and detail-oriented approachAble to work independently while thriving in collaborative settingsStrong verbal and written communication in Spanish & EnglishCurious, proactive, service-minded , and driven by qualityWillingness to travel up to 4 weeks per year within EuropeBonus Points
