Overview

Founded in Spain in 2014, Edmmond Studios is a clothing brand created with the aim of bringing a new concept in both fashion and lifestyle.

Each collection showcases the brand's contemporary vision and a European influence in the balance between traditional and modern, simplicity and attention to detail.

Present in over 250 multi-brand points of sale across more than 15 countries and with its own shop in Madrid and presence in El Corte Inglés, Edmmond Studios is looking for an Ecommerce Manager for its Madrid office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive sustainable growth across our digital channels.
  • Lead and coordinate a multifunctional team focused on sales, conversion through Shopify, and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Product Management : manage Shopify product listings, stock levels, and online promotions.
  • UX / UI Optimization : propose improvements to enhance the customer experience on the website and apps.
  • Email Marketing : plan, execute, and optimize campaigns using Klaviyo to drive engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Collaborate with our Paid Media agency to optimize campaigns, boost user acquisition, and increase online sales.
  • Budget Management : plan and control spending on marketing, promotions, and tools.
  • Advanced Reporting and Analysis : create regular reports, analyze trends, and monitor sales performance.
  • Omnichannel Strategy : ensure consistency between online channels and, if applicable, physical stores.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Ecommerce Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong operational and strategic skills : capable of managing daily ecommerce operations while contributing to long-term growth and decision-making.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce strategy and omnichannel initiatives, focusing on traffic generation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and integration between online and offline channels.
  • Ability to plan and execute cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM, and marketing automation.
  • Advanced English level.
