We provide sales outsourcing services globally for the tech industry. Our more than 800 experts worldwide provide services based on our cutting-edge business framework to outperform customer expectations and drive revenue. Our main location hubs are Athens, Greece; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Nuremberg, Germany; Houston, TX, US; Mexico City, MX. However, we also operate in fully work from home environments.
Responsibilities Work together with partners and their Channel Sales Managers, Channel Marketeers, Sales Development Representatives and be the subject matter expert of the Partner Demand Center (PDC) tool and available campaigns and agency marketplace services
Work hand-in-hand with defined partners; plan, build, execute and follow up / report on demand generating marketing activities, campaigns and programs, using our marketing automation platform
Develop and lead partners to buy into the overall agenda
Develop and oversee the marketing plan for identified channel partners
Implement and create partner-ready top-middle-bottom of funnel demand creation programs to drive new opportunities into the pipeline, leveraging the PDC marketing automation platform
Proactively present and position available campaigns to identified partners
Train and enable partners in how to use and execute campaigns, ensuring partners have knowledge to execute, sell-through and drive success, leveraging PDC
Monitor performance of marketing activities to maximize ROI and provide feedback for future improvements from plan to opportunities based on deal registrations
Provide feedback to the Global Channel Marketing team on new tactics, programs and campaigns partners are interested in
Qualifications / Skillset Native level in English
A “can-do” attitude, project management skills, eager to drive results, and a people’s person who enjoys talking to external and internal stakeholders
An eye for detail and a hands-on approach
Strong ability in building and developing relationships, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation to deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
Experience in a start-up environment, marketing an emerging company against competitors with greater brand recognition
Relevant marketing education with a focus on digital or previous B2B marketing experience in IT industry
Experience with marketing technologies, especially marketing automation and partner relationship management (e.g., Zift) and Office 365, G-Apps, SFDC, HubSpot
