Head Procurement Site Services -

Role Overview :

Planning, organizing, and managing strategic sourcing projects such as Maintenance and Repair Optimization, Asset Lifecycle Management for Production and Laboratory Equipment, and other initiatives within Services & Capex. Ensuring category plans are fit for purpose, implementation is timely, and escalations are managed in coordination with broader teams.

Developing business partnerships to co-create strategic multiyear plans, goal setting, and target alignment to enhance supplier collaborations and achieve business objectives for TechOps sites. Coordinating procurement activities with the TechOps Site team to prioritize and ensure strategy implementation.

Demand management, balancing business needs with quality and cost objectives aligned with Sandoz strategy. Working with stakeholders to identify cost-effective solutions and building strong relationships to serve as the primary partner for procurement, suppliers, and market questions. Understanding stakeholder needs, challenges, and objectives, demonstrating political astuteness across business networks.

Leading a global team of procurement professionals in site services.
