Area Sales Manager – NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Specialist

On this occasion, we are selecting an Area Sales Manager specialized in Nondestructive Testing (NDT) , with a strong background in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Eddy Current (EC) methods . The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and the ability to manage and expand a customer portfolio across the northern region of Spain (Madrid, Bilbao, Santander, Burgos).

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients in your assigned area.

Scout for new business opportunities and expand into new markets.

Take full responsibility for your territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.

Achieve personal and team sales targets and goals.

Conduct customer visits, provide technical demonstrations, and update CRM reports.

Negotiate commercial deals effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Requirements :

3-4 years of sales experience in the END (NDT) sector or related field.

Deep knowledge of Ultrasound (UT) and Eddy Current (EC) testing methods and devices.

A sales-driven mindset with a strong customer focus and ability to take ownership of your area.

Fluent in English (a must).

Must be based in or willing to relocate / travel to Madrid, Bilbao, Santander, or Burgos.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage customer relationships independently.

Team player with the ability to collaborate across different functions.
