Job Summary The Global Rewards Specialist supports the Global Rewards COE, focused on operational tasks, data preparation / management, reporting and tracking of all projects to be developed by Global Rewards. They also provide support and guidance to the Regions in tasks requested by Global Rewards, acting as a trusted reference.
Job Responsibilities Job Architecture : Support Global Rewards team ensuring the Job Architecture is applied consistently in all Regions / Countries, assist local teams with changes on Job Architecture, perform maintenance tasks, identify misalignments and resolve them.
Global Benefits : Support Global Rewards team with the Global Benefits Management project, ensuring proper development, collect information for reporting, follow up with Countries on required tasks, and address questions from Region / Country stakeholders.
Compensation Process : Support all tasks related to Rewards processes, collect required data for processes (salary structures, bonus schemes, organizational structure), assist with communication letter distribution, ensure deadlines are met by following up with local teams, conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures. Support during the budget process, manage accruals and cost control analysis. Create tools to manage large data sets including bonus calculations, merit reviews, accruals, and budgeting.
HRIS System : Support HRIS implementation tasks in each country, including data collection / preparation, participating in consolidation and mapping alignment meetings, ensure correct naming conventions are applied.
Other : Support other reward-related tasks, ensuring programs comply with local labor laws and company policies and governance.
Qualifications and Competencies Required years of experience : at least 3 years in similar roles or in developing finance / audit roles.
Bachelor's Degree – preferably in HR or Finance / Economics.
Experience in project implementation (especially HRIS systems). Proficiency in compensation with the ability to leverage technology for data analysis and program management.
Finance background with strong data analysis, market research, and interpretation of complex information.
Strong Excel (incl. Macros) and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey reward strategies and policies.
English fluent; other languages are valuable.
Collaboration : ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
