About The Role Join Uber's Operations team and make a real-world impact. We're the bridge between Uber's innovative technology and local market needs, driving city-specific business outcomes and shaping Uber's overall strategy.

We're searching for a dynamic and highly motivated Growth Operations Manager to join our Madrid team. You will play a key role in identifying, launching and scaling new products and global initiatives with high potential.

This role demands a blend of project management, analytical prowess, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You\'ll be involved in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, guiding projects from concept to launch.

What The Candidate Will DO Go to market strategy - own jointly with Spain's Country Manager the product expansion strategy to address new use cases. Will work with the relevant Ops and Functional teams to identify products with high potential to diversify the product offering

Product / feature launches - Collaborate closely with our EMEA and HQ Product teams to test and roll out new features or products ensuring they are fit for local market needs

Data analytics & problem solving - Define which data is needed to understand a problem, query it, and use analytics to identify issues / opportunities related to the problem at hand, understand the root causes, propose and implement solutions and monitor performance results

Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management - Engage with other operations teams and functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Comms, Policy, Uber for Business, CRM, Legal, etc.) that will contribute to the successful delivery of your work

Project management and execution - Plan and project manage multiple projects and have the ability to execute in a constantly changing, complex environment

What The Candidate Will Need Min 3 years of experience in Operations, Product, Consulting, Banking or any other industry where you have been exposed to executing critical projects

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans

Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and execute quickly

Consistent track record of being a respected operational problem solver

Strong project management skills - the ability to prioritize and successfully drive a project from plan to implementation and results

Experience managing different stakeholders (Policy, Business Development, Legal, Product, Marketing, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications SQL knowledge and experience and if not, must possess an aptitude to learn quickly as this will be a key aspect of your day-to-day.

Ability to automate and scale processes, including extracting data, building dashboards, data visualization and leverage AI tools to optimize and streamline processes.

Strategic thinker, able to work through complex, high level challenges and recommend short and long term solutions
