We do two things at NIQ. We measure performance for our clients, and we use analytics to help our clients grow their business. Both measurement and analytics are important but it’s the connection of the two that delivers the insights & recommendations that are critical to our clients’ success. You will MAKE A DIFFERENCE by helping some of the largest FMCG manufacturers make the right choices for their growth strategies. You will partner with our clients and use data to explain what is happening with their brands and what they should do to improve business performance. Simply put, you will transform data into compelling stories. Working with your NIQ colleagues you will build partnerships that allow you to better understand your clients’ business priorities and information needs. You\'ll use this knowledge to develop in-depth analytics and create insights to drive business growth. Our Delivery team combines data and expertise to help our clients become more competitive and efficient through stronger, faster analytics.

Responsibilities

  • To be part of an international project team that helps FMCG clients optimize their SA&I activities (PnP & Assortment)
  • Use NielsenIQ tools and methodologies to build answers to business questions based on the market data and revenue management / assortment analysis
  • Analyzing information creating value stories to help our clients in their daily work
  • To deliver insights and recommendations to the client during formal or informal meetings
  • Working closely with all teams to ensure work is connected to meeting client business issues
  • Coordinate cross-country projects in Europe

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position / business area
  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within brand, category management, trade marketing, consumer insights or revenue management
  • Good level of business relationship & Client skills
  • Spanish mother tongue, Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written (another European Language, would be an asset)
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent numerical skills
  • Good communication & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques
  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment
  • High Office management (Excel, Power Point) & experience working with PowerBI would be an asset
  • Ability to work independently with Strong organizational & interpersonal skill
