Descripción del trabajoDefine system architecture and clarify design requirements to guide hardware / software teams. Translate system requirements into robust power + control designs integrating power stages, embedded control, comms, thermal / mechanical constraints, and safety. Work out fit-for-purpose solutions that require deep expertise in electronics design and cross-domain integration . Make strategic design decisions balancing cost, modularity, robustness, scalability, and quality. Communicate technical aspects effectively to internal and external stakeholders , including customers. Stay ahead of technological trends and drive the development and integration of innovative solutions into product designs. Solve complex design trade-offs and mentor engineers in design analysis and tools. Tech you will use : ECAD : Altium Designer (schematic, PCB, rules / constraints, libraries); Simulation : Altair tools for thermal and signal integrity; SPICE (vendor and generic models) for analog / PSU; MATLAB for modeling, control, and data analysis; Test & automation : LabVIEW for production / functional test systems. Senior engineering background in electronics , with strong system-level thinking. Proven experience in architecture , innovation , and cross-functional leadership . Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology trends to business development. Excellent communicator and coach, able to inspire and guide teams. Proficiency in English is a MUST.
