Executive Search Researcher Role
This dynamic position is a key part of our global research team, playing a pivotal role in managing the entire executive search process.
Responsibilities include :
Developing and executing compelling search strategies, collaborating closely with Consultants to refine approaches for optimal client outcomes.
Efficiently balancing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and communicating progress and priorities to team members.
Producing comprehensive reports on target companies, market sources, and candidates, capturing all insights meticulously in the database.
Identifying and evaluating potential prospects, representing clients skillfully in the market, and ensuring candidates are market-validated.
Supporting Consultants throughout the search process, assisting with client and candidate management as needed.
Engaging confidently and articulately with clients and candidates, ensuring each interaction is impactful and well-prepared.
Maintaining proficiency with tools and technology to drive high-quality outcomes and efficient project execution.
Market Knowledge and Insight Generation :
Staying up-to-date on industry dynamics, including strategic activities, leadership changes, and emerging trends, sharing relevant updates with the team.
Monitoring specific markets to identify opportunities and supporting Consultants in relationship development and business growth.
Proactively conducting research and generating insights, creating supporting materials for pitches and client presentations.
Leveraging domain expertise to support Consultants and strengthen firm position.
Collaboration and Firm Contribution :
Partnering with stakeholders to drive internal initiatives, leveraging prior experience to improve outcomes.
Collaborating across the global network, sharing ideas and best practices to maximize organizational impact.
