Could you be the full-time Project Scheduler in Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll update full schedules for low criticality projects or parts of schedules of projects with any criticality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management and Subsystem management), collect time-related progress information and much more. And much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing standard progress reports but also applying the company's time management processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain schedules or assigned parts of schedules according to Time Management Plan and company's procedures
Collect progress information from stakeholders and suppliers
Participate in periodic project schedule review sessions
Report the actual or potential delays to the core project team
Prepare standard schedule and progress reports
Timely updates of schedules
Timely updates of progress reports and standard KPIs

Engineering or Business Degree
High level in English is a must
2-3 years of experience as Project Planning
Knowledge of a scheduling tool
Basic knowledge of project scheduling theory
Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool
Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
