We are seeking highly motivated professionals interested in developing their career in Management Consulting to join our Finance Strategy & Transformation practice.

As part of our team, you will drive the CFO transformational agenda, helping our clients revisit their operating strategy, streamline processes, and boost analytical capabilities. Our portfolio services include engagements such as operating models assessment, design and deployment, global transformation programs management, process reengineering and digitalization, and enterprise performance management models definition. You will work with clients from envisioning target models to implementation, supporting them throughout the journey and contributing to business transformation across processes, organization, technology, governance and management models.

Responsibilities

  • Advise top-level companies to shape and steer their finance transformation strategies, ensuring successful execution and maximizing value.
  • Lead and oversee project delivery in client engagements, guiding a multidisciplinary, high-performing team and managing day-to-day client relations to guarantee quality and timely handover, as well as client satisfaction with services rendered.
  • Contribute to practice development by creating new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting (strategy & operations). Client-side experience in strategy, organization, project management and finance functions are valuable.
  • Prior experience in leadership roles commanding high-performing teams through strategic projects.
  • Sound knowledge of market leading IT solutions (SAP, Anaplan, Workiva, ServiceNow) and cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI / ML, IPA / RPA, iBPM, Process Mining) is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with international exposure. Knowledge of finance and back-office processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of finance concepts and performance metrics and their impact on Financial Statements.
  • A quality-driven professional with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative attitude and experience working remotely with multidisciplinary teams across different countries.
