Impact Investment Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Impact Investment team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive positive change in emerging markets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial institutions, climate finance, and green financing. Experience in microfinance and financial inclusion, as well as climate tech, would be highly valued. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and originating deals, managing portfolios, and driving exits. You will also work closely with management teams to ensure and amplify positive impact. Key qualifications include :

6-10++ years of directly relevant work experience

A-Z deal experience from sourcing / origination, through portfolio management, to exits

Experience of financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence

Strategic insight to help formulate and drive the LATAM investment strategy

Native or full fluency in English and Spanish
