We are a leading online gaming company, committed to delivering innovative and high-quality experiences. To further expand our reach, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media & Programmatic Specialist.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize daily Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms for user acquisition and ROI optimization.
- This includes developing multichannel performance strategies to drive new player acquisition.
- The specialist will also define audiences, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to increase conversions.
- Key metrics to monitor include CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
Requirements
A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Paid Media / Programmatic within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or high-volume apps.Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs is required.Experience managing large budgets and international campaigns is necessary.Strong command of GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and Conversion API is expected.Nice to Have
Previous experience in user acquisition for mobile apps would be beneficial.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or DV360 would be advantageous.Benefits
