AI-Powered Energy Efficiency Solutions

We're on a mission to prevent 65 million tCO2 per year in industrial processes by 2040. Our goal is to reduce energy use, lower dependency on fossil fuels, and foster decarbonization of the energy system.

Job Description :

  • To build AI agents specialized in manufacturing processes with Deep Reinforcement Learning models.
  • Extend production control to the whole production chain.
  • Identify the best RL models, process parameters, and settings for each machine.
  • Roll out scalable optimization pipelines.
  • Code in cloud-based infrastructure and keep versions up-to-date with Git.
  • Improve existing products, find better models, and architectural patterns.
  • Unlock access to massive amounts of data while being hardware agnostic.
  • Design / build, test, and deploy new libraries and APIs.
  • Keep high standards of testing and code quality.
  • Use technologies like Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Pandas, Scikit, Numpy, Dockers / Kubernetes on Linux.
  • Envision new insights from client's real-time industrial data.
  • Build tools for frictionless delivery to facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • MSc or higher degree (preferably Ph.D.) in Computer Science or Engineering experience.
  • Great programming skills in Python, in a Linux / Mac-based environment.
  • Previous experience in Reinforcement Learning in industry.
  • Well-versed data scientist with hands-on experience in optimization models, time series forecasting, recommendation engines, and mathematical optimization.
  • Experience creating data product strategies with Python and time series.
  • Good English oral and written communication skills (Spanish or Italian are a plus).
  • Autonomy in decision-making, being the milestone to build.
  • 2 years of experience in common cloud-based environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
