As Head of Construction, you’ll play a central role in this journey - driving the rollout of new facilities across Europe, from complex greenfield builds to the rehabilitation of existing sites.

You’ll be working closely with senior directorship, coordinating teams in the field, and shaping how mission-critical facilities are designed and built for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate international construction projects (greenfield and rehabilitation).
• Manage strategy, due diligence, and execution of new sites across Spain and Europe.
• Oversee delivery of MV / LV systems, UPS, generators, precision cooling, BMS / SCADA.
• Work hands-on in the field while also steering international project teams.
• Build strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure QA / QC, safety, and sustainability standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive improvements in energy efficiency (PUE, WUE) and implement innovative solutions.
• Report to senior directorship and align construction strategy with corporate objectives.
