Responsibilities Data Analysis : Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Reporting : Generate and maintain accurate sales reports using Excel, PowerBI and other tools to provide visibility into sales performance and forecasts.

Salesforce Management : Manage and update Salesforce records to ensure the accuracy of customer and sales information.

Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency through data-driven recommendations.

Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide analytical support for their initiatives.

Customer Support : Assist in responding to customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team in handling customer requests.

Training and Documentation : Help create training materials and documentation for sales processes and tools.

Market Research : Conduct research to gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support sales strategies.

Qualifications Language Skills : Advanced proficiency in English.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Technical Proficiency : Experience with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server or Access) and data management desirable.

Programming / Statistical Tools : Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g. Python) desirable; experience with statistical or maths packages (e.g. R, Stata, SPSS) desirable; experience with Alteryx Designer desirable; experience with RPA tools (e.g. Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) desirable.

Business Intelligence : Experience with PowerBI and other BI tools; knowledge of best practices is highly desirable.

Excel and Office : Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of Visual Basic is a plus. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is essential.

Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings.

Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience : Sales support or analytical role is preferred.

Education : A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
