About the Role :

KARL STORZ Iberia is currently searching for an Engineering Trainee (Based in Madrid).

You will support the development and implementation of engineering team activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate in the creation and updating of architectural and infrastructure plans for surgical areas and operating rooms.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical and economic proposals for various projects.
  • Support in the preparation of public tenders and competitions.
  • Accompany the engineering team on client visits and presentations.
  • Work closely with engineers and healthcare professionals to ensure efficiency and safety of facilities.
  • Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term projects for surgical area renovations or new hospital equipment installations.

Qualifications :

Previous experience is not required, but considered a plus!

Knowledge :

University degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Biotechnology, or Health Engineering preferred)

Master’s Degree is desirable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & AutoCAD

Languages : English : Fluent

Spanish : Native / Bilingual
