About the CompanyOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R& D, production and sales of passenger cars.About the RoleProvide support to the commercial team through the generation, consolidation, and analysis of key reports that facilitate decision-making for the sales team, management, and the dealership network. The role contributes to operational efficiency and KPI tracking across all areas of the business.ResponsibilitiesCreation and updating of sales and commercial performance reports.Preparation of detailed reports upon request, based on the company’s specific needs.Data analysis related to dealership network activity, including focused studies on specific dealers.Development, management, and control of action plans related to the opening of new dealerships and monitoring of dealers in special situations.Monitoring and control of vehicle stock, as well as analysis of unit allocation needs per dealership.Support in preparing reports for management and cross-functional departments.Monitoring of sales campaigns and action plans through performance indicators.Ensuring consistency and quality of data coming from multiple sources.Coordination with internal teams to align objectives and information.Required SkillsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or similar.Previous experience in commercial analysis or sales support (experience in the automotive sector is a plus).Advanced proficiency in Excel and analysis tools such as Power BI or similar.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication and organizational skills.Intermediate to high level of English.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential.We inform you that OMODA MOTORS SPAIN S.
