Regional HR Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned human resources leader to spearhead the implementation of strategic people initiatives across multiple hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Purpose-Driven Partnership : Collaborate with senior leadership and hotel HR managers to design and execute aligned HR policies and best practices.
- Talent Optimization : Drive employee lifecycle management, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and succession planning.
- HR Operational Excellence : Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Employee Relations and Compliance : Provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and employee welfare.
- Cross-Cultural Mobility : Supervise international relocation processes, including visa and work permit applications.
- Staff Wellbeing : Manage staff accommodation, employee transportation, and other essential services.
Essential Qualifications
