Global HSE Professional
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environment management system standards and requirements related to global ESG compliance.
The successful candidate will be familiar with global HSE frameworks and have expertise in at least one region.
As a senior HSE professional, you will stay updated on global regulatory developments and provide recommendations for enhancing the organization's global HSE influence from a wind industry perspective.
You will possess process safety management capabilities, including reviewing design documents and facilitating specialized HSE analyses to improve inherent safety.
Possessing offshore industry HSE management experience, you will drive offshore HSE system establishment and build HSE organizational capacity.
Establishing and promoting a Zero Accident Culture within the organization and driving its implementation.
Responsibilities :
Serve as the global HSE expert, conducting periodic evaluations of the organization's HSE management, including strategy, organizational structure, HSE management systems, and muster plans.
Based on global HSE trends and industry best practices, iteratively refine HSE strategies, organizational frameworks, and HSE management systems to optimize HSE management in key areas such as target management, compliance management, risk control, incident response, etc.
Act as the external HSE liaison for clients, lenders, regulatory bodies, and third-party agencies, responding to site audits and compliance reviews. Monitor evolving regulations and industry trends worldwide, driving timely policy adaptation to strengthen the organization's global HSE competitiveness.
Develop process safety management frameworks, embedding advanced hazard analysis tools into the integrated product development process to promote inherent safety in design.
Improve the HSE management system in alignment with offshore requirements, drive HSE organizational capability building, ensure compliance with international offshore wind safety standards (particularly in the European market).
Lead global HSE training programs to institutionalize HSE management systems, standards, and operational protocols across all regions, cultivating a Zero Incident Culture and elevating employee safety awareness and behavior.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Language : Fluent in English (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Experience : Minimum 10 years' professional experience in manufacturing, engineering construction, or related industries.
Technical Skills : Proficient in HSE management methodologies and tools.
Soft Skills : Excellent collaboration skills (internal & external), responsive to stakeholder requirements, and committed to delivering on promises.
