Overview In line with our strategy and the expected growth in our MRO BU, we want to hire a new person in HR to support all hiring and recruiting processes to meet our business and operational challenges.
Responsibilities HIRING AND RECRUITING : Define job descriptions for open positions; publish vacancies internally and externally; curricular screening; follow the recruitment plan according to organizational needs; execute the recruitment process and identify the best candidates for ITP Aero; manage recruitment process administration; onboard new hires at the Ajalvir plant (welcome, work tools, EPIs, etc.).
LEARNING : Manage and support the training plan on the site; plan all training courses and manage assistants and resources necessary to deliver the training.
ADMINISTRATION : Labour contract administration; liaise with the payroll team.
BRAND AMBASSADOR : Manage relationships with universities and training centers; participate in employment events and fairs.
What profile we are looking for Education Required : Business Degree + Master in HR
Experience : At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment position.
Languages : High level of English and Spanish
Desirable Knowledge : SAP and SSFF
Location : Ajalvir plant
