As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a Technical Product Developer to lead the development of new digital tools and internal processes, driving efficiency and improving the customer experience.
The Role : Technical Product Developer (Software & Tools)
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (Software) to design and manage internal and customer-facing digital products, optimizing our e-commerce experience and internal workflows.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management, overseeing Shopify-based projects, internal automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with external agencies and in-house teams, ensuring successful implementation and scalability of our digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Digital Tools from Scratch → Identify, design, and implement new digital products based on business and customer needs.
- Project Management → Oversee external agencies working on projects such as our Shopify e-commerce platform and internal tools like the Quote Builder.
- Process Optimization → Digitize and automate operational processes that are currently spreadsheet-based.
- Data-Driven Decision Making → Implement metrics and tools for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration → Work with operations, marketing, and design teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Leverage No-Code / Low-Code Tools → Use platforms like Airtable, Zapier, Glide, or Webflow to develop efficient solutions quickly.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in product development or management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.Hands-on project management experience with external agencies and technology partners.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize processes and improve digital products.Experience with no-code / low-code tools (coding skills are a plus).Background in engineering or a related technical field (preferred, but not required).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, making decisions with autonomy and efficiency.Why Join CUBRO?
