Assistant Retail Manager

Overview As a motivated and customer-focused individual, we are seeking a Junior Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the daily supervision of the sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities Lead from the front and be a role model to the team by maximizing sales and service performance.

Help manage daily store operations including planners, individual targets, break schedules, and floor coverage.

Ensure team compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.

Support accurate till operations and adherence to company guidelines.

Assist in stocktake preparations and understand the process from an Operations and Loss Prevention perspective.

Qualifications Proven experience in retail and management roles.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Comfortable leading team-building initiatives.

Knowledge of inventory management.

Motivated, energetic individual with a positive attitude.

Strong commitment to customer service and store excellence.

Proactive and able to work independently.

High level of communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
