Export Specialist (f / m / d)

Responsibilities :

Manage communication with international customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information regarding orders and shipments

Monitor and track export orders from initiation to delivery

Ensure the accurate preparation and management of all required customs and export documentation

Collaborate closely with sales teams, logistics providers, and external partners to ensure timely shipments and fulfillment of export requirements

Maintain accurate records of export activities in accordance with company and legal standards

Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations

Qualifications :

High proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)

Solid understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms

Experience handling international shipping and documentation requirements

Hands-on experience in international transport and logistics, with a focus on coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers

Proficient in SAP (preferably Sales & Distribution (SD) module)

Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Proven customer service background with a team-oriented approach
