Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities (Excel proficiency required). Experience working closely with management teams and portfolio companies. Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial team structure. Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.
- Oversee financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes across new investment opportunities.
- Conduct industry and market analysis to support investment theses.
- Actively engage with portfolio companies, supporting strategic initiatives and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to the development of investment strategy and pipeline origination in coordination with senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the investment team.
