We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our clinical Back Office platform . This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, scalability and quality in the way our orthodontists and support staff deliver world-class care. You will work cross-functionally with other product managers, clinical teams, operations, engineering, and design to define and execute a product strategy that supports both business growth and outstanding patient outcomes.

Key tasks :

• Own the product vision , strategy, and roadmap for the Clinical Back Office system.
• Partner with clinical, operations, and engineering stakeholders to deeply understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities;
• Translate complex clinical and sales requirements into clear product specifications and user stories;
• Drive end-to-end product development : discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration;
• Define and track success metrics focused on clinical efficiency, accuracy, and scalability;
• Provide the best user experience for internal clinical staff, ensuring tools are intuitive and impactful;
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around shared goals;
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data insights to improve clinical decision-making and reduce operational overhead.
