Project Coordinator - Dealership Development

About the Role :

The Project Coordinator - Dealership Development will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various tasks and projects related to the establishment of new dealerships. The primary objective is to ensure seamless project execution, ensuring compliance with brand standards throughout all phases from planning to launch, while guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and alignment with corporate strategy.

Main Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end project coordination, encompassing site selection, planning, construction, and final delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, profitability, and adherence to financial targets.
• Liaise with architects, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and remain within the defined budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential deviations in costs and timelines, and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
• Evaluate and ensure that facilities adhere to internal regulations and brand identity.
• Maintain ongoing communication with future dealers, investors, and strategic partners, providing transparency regarding project timelines and budget.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, costs, and risks for senior management, suggesting solutions to optimize time and resources.
