Full Stack Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Full Stack Development department on a freelance basis and help us improve our processes and deliver future projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Full Stack Development, including expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript. They will also have experience with database management systems, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, defining project scope, timelines, and budgets. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all development work is completed to a high standard and meets the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Full Stack Development team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of development work with other departments.
