Job Title : Global Compliance Specialist

Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Compliance Department in ensuring adherence to global legal and regulatory requirements. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in compliance operations within a dynamic, international renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities :

Liaise with the Compliance Department on Compliance matters.

Perform due diligence and necessary risk assessments on counterparties.

Support the development, maintenance, and updating of Compliance policies and procedures.

Prepare training documentation for employees on Compliance-related issues.

Assist in developing standard operating procedures, guidelines, and documentation templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Law and / or Business Administration, master's degree in Compliance and Audit.

0-1 years professional experience in compliance.

Compliance certification (CCEP, ICA, others) or experience in the renewable industry a plus.

Team player, hard worker with a can-do attitude.

Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and possess analytical skills necessary for competent legal interpretation.

Fluent in English a must and additional European languages is nice to have.

Strong research skills : Ability to research and interpret laws and regulations.

Attention to Detail : Critical for reviewing policies, documents, and transactions.

Analytical Thinking : To identify compliance risks and evaluate processes.

Organizational Skills : Managing multiple compliance tasks and documentation.

Team Collaboration : Working with legal, audit and functional teams
