We're Hiring : Machine Learning Engineer (MLE)We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Machine Leanring Engineer to join our team. You will work on a IT sector, developing models and conducting data analysis. Your role will be crucial in all phases of the predictive model lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to deployment in production. Location : Hybrid in Barcelona Experience : 3–4 years in Machine Learning or Data Science Language : English fluency required (team communication is in English) Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement ML models, particularly in the NLP or Gen AI spaceWrite clean, modular, and efficient Python code following best practicesCollaborate with MLEs / Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to move models into productionSupport data processing and feature engineering effortsDevelop machine learning models and data processing pipelines.Analyze, clean, and handle complex data.Evaluate the performance of existing models and solutions.Develop and deploy models in the cloud.Mentor the team.Create new solutions and approaches.Engage in critical thinking and deep analysis of challenges. Tech StackPython (advanced, structured coding) and SQL.Databricks, pandas, scikit-learn, Py Torch, or similar librariesExperience with NLP and / or Generative AI (LLMs) is highly valuedPredictive models.Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).Document models and data analysis.Experience working with Scrum / Agile methodologies.
