Job Summary

As a Sr Business Analysis Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business solutions through effective analysis and project management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies. Your expertise will contribute to the companys strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful completion within scope and budget.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.
• Ensure that all project activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster professional growth and development.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status to senior management.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the business analysis function.
