Backend & DevOps Engineer – OneTrust & AWS (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Backend & DevOps Engineer – OneTrust & AWS that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities

• OneTrust CPM / X System Support and Enhancement : Plan, design, configure, implement, enhance, upgrade, test, operate, maintain, secure, monitor, release (manage changes & communicate to stakeholders) and document the computer System (SaaS solution OneTrust Universal Consent & Preference Management + AWS CPX) including all of its components – throughout their lifecycle
• Address daily support tasks, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly
• Infrastructure & Environment Management : Support the provisioning of AWS infrastructure resources. Design, build, and deploy AWS service configurations using Terraform templates or blueprints for services such as S3, Lambda, IAM, MWAA, ECS, Glue, and RDS.
• Ensure the AWS and OpenShift environments are cost-efficient and operating optimally. Implement monitoring to detect and respond to events / incidents. Configure CI / CD pipelines to automate the promotion of new releases to higher environments.
• Product Management : Collaborate within a product team to facilitate the deployment of the CPM system across multiple markets. Actively participate to agile project management Scrum ceremonies. Help business partners / team refine user stories. Specify and document. Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.
